Melissa is also a Certified Personal Trainer and understands how fitness and nutrition can work together to create a balanced approach to a healthy lifestyle and long-term results. Tom is Taste of Health's expert authority on exercise and fitness. His ability to customize your personal training experience to get lasting results is second to none. Tom gained his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Northern Colorado. During his time there, Tom became a certified personal trainer, and fell in love with helping others reach their goals. Tom utilizes all forms of weight training, strength and conditioning, high intensity, low intensity, and sport specific techniques to help you attain the body you have been dreaming of.
